smallm ("the App") is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App operates entirely offline and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

2. Data Collection

The App does NOT collect:

• Personal information
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Chat conversations or prompts
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Any data transmitted over the network

All data remains on your device at all times.

3. On-Device Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Chat history and messages
• App settings and preferences
• Downloaded LLM model files

This data is stored in a local SQLite database and the device file system. It is never transmitted externally.

4. Network Access

The App does not require or use network access for its core functionality. The only network-related features are:

• In-app purchase verification (handled by Apple/Google)
• Model file downloads from official sources
• Local API server (runs on localhost only, user-initiated)

No data is sent to our servers or any third-party services.

5. In-App Purchases

Purchase transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store payment information.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all App data at any time through the Settings screen. Uninstalling the App will remove all stored data from your device.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected within the App and on this page.
